Winning Run Appraisers are field experienced and educated in the processes of appraising personal property with designations and certifications such as C.A.G.A. Certified Appraisers Guild of America and G.P.P.A. Graduate of Personal Property Appraiser which is recognized by the Appraisal Foundation as professional appraisers. Each appraisal we conduct is under this designation which is U.S.P.A.P compliant. Uniform Standards of Professional Appraiser Practice compliance is important if the appraisal report or the appraiser are challenged in court. U.S.P.A.P. compliant appraisal reports are more likely to hold up and be considered reliable in a court of law. In the appraisal business anyone can call themselves an appraiser. At Winning Run Appraisers all of our appraisers are required to have an appraisal designation recognized by the Appraisal Foundation, Maintain membership and good standing in their designation, Pass the U.S.P.A.P. course and complete 24 hours of continuing appraisal education every 3 years. Personal Property asset appraisal is a part of our business that we do not take lightly. We understand the importance of unbiased accuracy in asset valuation.
