Each appraisal we conduct is under a designation which is U.S.P.A.P compliant. Uniform Standards of Professional Appraiser Practice compliance is important if the appraisal report or the appraiser are challenged in court. U.S.P.A.P. compliant appraisal reports are more likely to hold up and be considered reliable in a court of law. EDUCATION In the appraisal business anyone can call themselves an appraiser. At Winning Run Appraisers all of our appraisers are required to have an appraisal designation recognized by the Appraisal Foundation, maintain membership and good standing in their designation, pass the U.S.P.A.P. course and complete 24 hours of continuing appraisal education every 3 years. Personal Property asset appraisals are a part of our business that we do not take lightly. We understand the importance of unbiased fully supportable accuracy in asset valuation.
